The Ant's Rule Book of Life

The Ant’s rule book.

We all have studied these rules during our academics and also during management training. But an eternal rule always comes handy all the time and especially now when we have to fight C19 together.

Rule#1: Be Brave – No matter how terrifying thing may look up ahead, you should never chicken out

Rule#2: Sense of Discipline – Ant without a mistake they march after one another in a line. Without a dispute or accident, they move about in order

Rule#3: Spirit of Sharing – The ants share everything they get. They never eat alone.

Rule#4: Ignore Diversions – If you put your finger in ants path, it just walks around it. We should do the same and not let silly problems getting in our way

Rule#5: Hard Work Matters – Ants are noted for carrying objects that are bigger than them

Rule#6: Adapt to Surroundings – Be quick to adapt to your surroundings and don’t wait for wakeup call

Rule#7: Teamwork Helps –Everything an ant does is for the benefit of the colony. They work almost on autopilot mode.

Rule#8: Prepare Ahead – Ants are constantly preparing for the season which is yet to come
