I have never meet such a high quality person , imagine being tortured for one week with all the teeth polled out and more and his pardon to these people , this is sothing i would find difficult to do , I had the priviledge to meet him often between 2010 and 2015 and i dont think that there is a more talented journalist specialised on the middle east , it is a major loss on the know how of the middle east and on the peace between nations

Antoine was a schoolmate , we have spent many years on the same school benches in Lebanon. He certainly had a brilliant career as a journalist. Unfortunately our paths did not cross again as is the case with most my schoolmate friends. The Lebanese never ending wars and turmoils sent us to different horizons.
