Anti-inflammatory Breakfast Smoothie (2 min.)

Rita, our nutrition coach at SACOSA, created this super simple smoothie recipe with an anti-inflammatory effect, lots of fiber and lots of protein.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 frozen mango (usually available at every supermarket)
  • 250 ml oat milk
  • 3 tablespoons of oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 10g rice protein
  • 10g hemp protein

To Dos:

Just put all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth and enjoy your selfmade energy drink - it′s so easy!
