Look for: 1. Infusions of peppermint oil to stimulate the scalp's circulation and ward off hormonal toxins.
2. Oil glands shrink as we age, so our hair slows down on the production of natural oils. Moisturizing hair by adding oils is important for keeping hair from drying out and breaking off!
3. You might also consider taking vitamin supplements – vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B7, and B3 are all essential for hair growth.
4. Getting a regular trim, every 6 to 8 weeks, keeps hair healthy and growing.
5. Avoid chemical treatments like bleaching, straightening, and dying.
6. Hot water strips hair of good oils, so you should at least rinse hair with cooler water.
7. Avoid high alcohol content sprays and gels it makes hair dry and brittle.
