Inspiring a Better Britain with Anthropy at the Eden Project
Anthropy UK is the experience of ‘cultivated serendipity’ where leaders from all walks of life converge to ignite a different type of thinking, feeling, and action-taking. From topics that ranged from future skills to wellbeing through dance, degrowth to creative enterprise, community building to immersive storytelling, it was a smorgasbord of stimulating conversations.? But perhaps one of the uniquely brilliant aspects of the gathering was the intention to bring diverse voices to the table. Inviting emerging leaders, including three Cranfield students, to shape their future by sharing their thoughts and ideas.
We were pleased to be able to share our Exploring Sustainable Futures game- an immersive experience designed to unlock agency and critical leadership skills through imagination and play. We have returned ready to be the change through our management education in our mission to help put sustainability at the heart of organisations, and into the hearts of their leaders.
Wonderful to see many familiar faces from our current students and alumni community including Kate Goldman-Toomey , Paul Williams , Charlotte Turner , Bethan Lloyd !
David Grayson , Professor Emeritus at Cranfield School of Management and Chair of the Institute of Business Ethics shares his reflections of the event here.
