Anthony's 2025 Goals, Commitments & Preview

Anthony's 2025 Goals, Commitments & Preview

Hey, thank you for taking a look... If you haven't read my 2024 review, part 1 of this , you can check it out here! If not, all good, you can read this without reading the preview.

I will preface this by saying this article is mostly a 'note to self' to hold myself accountable and reflect next year. If you also happen to find inspiration and/or motivation by reading, that's amazing. This article will contain professional and personal notes, so if that's not your thing, feel free to click off.

Finally, I do not have it all figured out - nor is this a silver bullet. I don't have 100s of thousands of followers on social media, nor do I have a podcast or top selling book. What I do have is the last 5 years of inner work and am living proof you can dramatically change your life for the better.

You can read more of my journey on that here.

Regardless, my hope is you enjoy it!

With that said, let's dive into how I plan on making 2025 the best year yet.. And how you can, too!

I am a proponent and subscriber to “addition by subtraction”, “the compound effect” and “it takes what it takes” theories.?

Each of these tie back to this one sentence. Your future self is determined by the actions, thoughts, behaviors, habits and people you surround yourself with on the days leading up.. The reality is, you either are a step closer or further away from who you want to be every day based on the decisions you make.

So what do I plan on doing?

  1. Eliminating people, habits, actions, etc that take me further away from the Anthony I want to be
  2. Compounding small actions over a long enough period of time (e.g.,1 year, 6 months, etc)
  3. Doing the thing, even if I don’t “feel like it” (it takes what it takes)

That is my formula for stepping into the best version of myself in 2025 and making it the best year possible. Let's see how it unfolds:

2025 Commitments & Goals (there is more to this list but I will share the main ones)

Let’s dive into my goals for 2025. *A quick note, I advise to not only list out your goals but what is the commitment you need to keep in order to get there. And what actions do you need to take to keep those commitments? I won’t put the actions in here to save space, but under “commitment” you should add “actions required” to your own list.?

IE: Goal -> Commitment -> Action -> Why the goal is important to you

Here are some of mine:

  • Goal: Lose 25lbs?
  • Commitment to get there: Be in a calorie deficit long enough to get there. Work with my current coach because I need help and there’s no shame in that.?

  • Goal: Hit my earnings $ goal
  • Commitment: Hit and exceed quota every quarter. Re-launch Natoli’s Nuggets to add value to the sales community through my real-life experience.

  • Goal: Hit savings goal
  • Commitment: Save more money each paycheck and eliminate buying materialistic things.?

  • Goal: Compete in Hyrox Doubles Event in Fall 2025
  • Commitment: Losing 25 lbs, maintaining strength and building running base

  • Goal: Be a great fiance (Husband in October), brother, son, nephew, friend, teammate, etc
  • Commitment: Take care of myself first so I can be a great person for others.

  • Goal: Eliminate cheap dopamine and rewire my attention span to be more present with people and the world?
  • Commitment: Keep social media apps deleted off of my phone.?

  • Goal: Donate to meaningful causes?
  • Commitment: Offer money or time to foundations that are close to my heart like The Beauty Foundation for Cancer Care and Dog Rescues/ Shelters

What I am looking forward to in 2025:

Life gets dull and hard... Having a list of things / plans that you are looking forward to is a game changer. Here are some of my plans:

  • My wedding in October & Mini-moon
  • Spending quality time with family because they live so close
  • Buddies golf trip to Pinehurst, NC Labor Day Weekend
  • Golf Trip in Feb in FL President’s day weekend
  • Seeing friends get married
  • Challenging myself and setting a new standard for how I want to show up
  • Creating valuable content for the sales community based on my real-life experience
  • Adding value to my customers at LinkedIn, helping them win and deepening working relationships with my teammates and leadership

2025 Core Values

Want to live a life of joy with inner peace and reduce anxiety/stress? Live each day within your core values to the best of your ability. When your actions are not in alignment with your core values, you will feel "off". I can't recommend this enough.

  • Faith - not in a religious sense but having trust in a higher power that I don’t need to always be in control.
  • Family - prioritize spending time with family & close friends who mean the most to me
  • Self-Respect - do what I say I am going to do, even when it gets hard… and especially when no one else is around. Keep the commitments I set. Set a standard and hold the standard.
  • Kindness & Empathy - try and be kind no matter what. Whether that be stuck in traffic, someone is rude, etc. Stop myself from judgement and lead with kindness & empathy.
  • Serenity: Trust letting go of what I can’t control. Focus on what I can actually control.?
  • Courage: Have courage to do the right things.. Own my mistakes. Be honest with myself and those around me. Be willing to say no if it’s not in alignment with my core values.?
  • Feedback: Constantly get feedback. Professionally, personally. This boils down to a willingness to ask for help.?
  • Give Back: Philanthropy, and help more people through content, community, coaching, etc live their best lives & achieve their goals.

My 2024 Anti-Goals:

Addition by subtraction! Here are some of my "anti-goals" I want to do less of in 2025.

-Self sabotage?

-Processed foods

-Negative self-talk

-Instant gratification?

-Suppressing emotions

-Focusing on things I can't control

-Comparing myself to other people

-Trying to impress people I don't even like

-Not owning my time and being intentional

-Living in the past & worrying about the future

-Saying yes to things I don't actually want to do?

-People, things, choices, habits, behaviors that don't serve me

Here’s the thing. I know for a fact (based on my previous experience) if I live in alignment with my core values, and maintain the commitments to my goals, then this will be a fantastic year. The outcomes will take care of themselves.

It’s exciting to know that these things are fully in my control. Sure, there will be curveballs thrown my way and life won’t always be fair.. But, when things do get hard, I will just remind myself I’ve made it through tough times before.

Cheers to making 2025 the best year yet.?

Anthony
