"The Antelope's Misconception"

Once upon a time, in the heart of a bustling city, there lived a graceful antelope. Accustomed to the vast wilderness, the antelope seldom ventured beyond the safety of its natural habitat. However, one fateful day, curiosity got the better of the antelope, and it found itself wandering into the city's deserted streets.

To its surprise, the usually vibrant streets were eerily silent. Shops were shuttered, and there was not a soul in sight. Confused and intrigued, the antelope roamed the empty streets, taking in the surreal sight of a city brought to a standstill. It was only when the realization dawned upon it that this was the period of lockdown, a time when humans retreated into their homes to combat an invisible enemy.

As days turned into weeks, and weeks into months, the antelope grew accustomed to the solitude of the city streets. It marveled at the freedom it now enjoyed, without fear of hunters lurking in the shadows. For a year, the antelope roamed freely, reveling in the newfound tranquility of its surroundings.

But just as it began to believe that humans had become extinct, a sudden gunshot shattered the silence. The antelope's heart raced as pain seared through its body, and it stumbled, drowning in a pool of its blood. At that moment, the harsh reality dawned upon the antelope – the days of humans were back.

As the city gradually returned to life, bustling with activity once more, the antelope's lifeless body lay as a stark reminder of the fragile balance between man and nature. Despite the reprieve from human presence, the antelope learned the hard way that the wilderness would always be fraught with danger, even amidst the quietude of a lockdown.

And so, as the city resumed its rhythm and the streets bustled with life once more, the memory of the antelope served as a cautionary tale, a poignant reminder of the consequences of human intrusion into the realm of the wild.
