Antarctic Sea Ice Extent ... Yearly_Maximum<=>Minimum

For 2021 South Pole sea ice extent on Antarctic : Maximum=9xMinimum ?

• How come we do not see winter/summer sea level rise/sink ever year as the ice melts almost completely every summer ?

On the long term we see year after year, that the sea ice has been moving from Arctic to Antarctic over the past 50 yearly winter/summer cycles.

• The slope of the Antarctic sea ice gain looks less steep than the Arctic sea ice loss.

Anyway, peak to peak the Antarctic seems to have more dynamic than Arctic in the summer/winter swing.

The total sea ice extent seems to go up and down from 16 to 22 million square kilometers over the past 40 years.
