Ansys's HFSS tool True or false

Can anyone tell me? What is the default material in HFSS in a blank project as seen above see in the diagram. I was told by one of Ansys co-workers at Mr. D.S. that there is a default material assigned to a blank project? To me this does not make any sense, because all materials are assigned material definitions as you build the project, and even if there were a default material it would not be PEC as he alluded too, and would be noted somewhere in the HFSS windows so the user would know. So I am wondering if anyone could research this this question and let us all know. I've been using HFSS for over twenty years and never heard such a statement as he alluded to, Any help would be greatly appreciated in determining if his statements are true or false.
