You can hate me for this…
But these are the top three reasons why watching more Sam Ovens, Alex Becker, Dan Pe?a keeps you stuck...
Some time ago someone said:
"Why would anybody pay for a mentor if you can get the information from much more successful guys like Dan Pe?a for free?”
Well, if you have watched Dan Pe?a's videos...
...why do you still struggle to stick to your goals?
If you have watched Alex Beckers's video on Dopamine Detox and Coffee...
...why are you still distracted by your phone all the time and addicted to those dopamine hits or coffee?
If you have watched Sam Ovens' videos on Sleep...
...why is your sleep schedule looks more like the one of a college student than that of a high-performing business owner?
If you watched his videos on Crystal Clear Focus...
...why do you still get distracted all the time?
...why can’t you stick to a proper daily routine?
...why do you still waste hours each day?
This should all be common sense, shouldn’t it?
But as Sam says:
"Common sense is not always common practice."
Otherwise, everybody would be crushing it.
Here's the thing ???? Most guys get stuck at the information stage because it’s so widely available and easy to access.
… And that’s the problem.
It’s not valued highly enough.
You just watch it like another of your favorite shows.
And worse, listening to information and imagining yourself implementing it makes you FEEL good.
"Well, I worked on myself. I got more information."
But you fool yourself. You didn’t do anything.
Most entrepreneurs would hate to admit it but they are just theory junkies. They are addicted to information.
For them watching courses, Instagram stories, and YouTube videos of famous guys are just a different kind of Netflix.
Buying a book or a course isn’t going to do anything for you.

Reading or watching it also only does just a little bit for you.
Implementing what you learned and STICKING TO IT. This is where the magic happens.
Information is not worth a lot nowadays.
People start to realize that and that’s why they try to fool you with always another "new method”, another "amazing framework" and "groundbreaking system”.
Of course just old wine in new bottles.
Nowadays what's worth a lot ????
1?? Implementing what is "common sense"
2?? Making solid sustainable habits out of it
3?? And sticking to it in the long run.
That's how you become consistent and disciplined.
Most guys have tried that. They know about all of these things…
...They did it for a while but then they stopped.
?? Why? Because:
A. No accountability plus real commitment
B. No proven system & process for habit change
C. No deeper identity change
Of course, it’s really difficult to do these things alone. So what makes you keep trying it on your own?
Ego ???? “I don’t want to admit that I’ve tried but can’t do it alone. It’s just not that important right now."
Fear ???? “Will these work for me? Maybe deep down I’m just not made for this. Well if I continue doing it just half-assed by myself, I can say that I didn’t really try. Then I also can’t fail.”
Comfort ???? "Let’s just go back to watching another YouTube video. That’s comfortable. It gives me the feeling I did something"
But what you don’t realize is this:
Once you have implemented the right habits and actually stuck to them for long enough, time starts to work for you.
You notice it in your sleep, your energy, your body, and your focus. And how you show up in your business.
If you don’t do it, time starts to work against you.
And that difference is not just another "YouTube video" away.
Have a consistent week,
Kilian ??
