An answer to, how should I ensure that my work and my contributions get visibility within the company?

An answer to, how should I ensure that my work and my contributions get visibility within the company?

I have seen there are many people thinking in the same manner, but I didn’t. I would like to give simple advice on this, rather chasing visibility or success try to make your contribution to be more valuable. Corporate leaders don’t like the colleagues those who are simply trying to make them visible or trying to draw their attention. Regardless of any circumstances, corporate leaders are more likely to see their colleagues are becoming more valuable resources to the company.

If someone is trying to make visibility on their contribution it is not more than their trying to just showoffs. There are myths in with corporate employees as they believe they will get paid for 8hours. The reality is nobodies get paid for their 8 or any numbers of hours. They will get paid only for their value delivering to the organisation. In your profession or job when the value is increased to the market place, you will get more paid. The highly demanding professionals such as doctors, consultants or lawyers are not getting paid for the hours they get paid for the values they are delivering to the market place during their hours.

What you’re earning today is a reflection of your value in the marketplace in some way, shape or form. It does not mean how much you have visibility within your company. But it depends on how much you have to earn visibility from the market place. Whatever the business they do in your organization they fundamentally delivering values to the market place. The people who are working to an organisation creating and delivering values to the market place. When they deliver more & more values to the market place the organization will grow. The most valuable employees in the organization will receive more recognition and benefits from that. If you didn’t get due recognition from your organization the market will recognize it and you will be more demanding in the marketplace and you will get better work opportunities from the marketplace.  In today corporate leaders are struggling to retain better resource full employees in their organisations.

“Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value.” — Albert Einstein

My advice is rather becoming competitive within your colleagues to try to become cooperative and collaborative. Corporate leaders like to have onboard to their teams corporative and pleasant colleagues, not the trouble makers or headache makers or negative emotional members. They need people who are willing to help in order to achieve their common goals. That’s the relationship between leader and followers. In personally I have met people they want to come and show what they have done daily, I knew their hidden agenda was requested some for more benefits. When you are chasing success, it will run away from you.

According to Jim Rohn, “I learnt a lesson how to climb this ladder, and here’s what it is: Work harder on yourself than you do on your job.” That bit of economic philosophy changed my life. Up until the age of twenty-five, I worked hard on my job and made a living. Starting at age twenty-five, I worked hard on myself, and I made a fortune. And I learned a valuable lesson: success is not something you pursue. Success is something you attract because of the person you become.

“Becoming more valuable to the marketplace, you will attract Success”
