The answer to the Excel format response

The answer to the Excel format response

There’s an email in your inbox. That tender that you’ve been waiting on has arrived. The procurement is being run through a portal. A portal that uses Excel for uploading responses. You sigh and head for the coffee machine… Hang on… You remember there’s an addin in your toolbox – designed exactly for this, waiting for this moment… You grab that coffee and sit down, login in to the portal, accept everything you need to and download all the questions as an Excel file…

Open the file, click RFX on the ribbon and make the magic happen…

RFX is designed to interrogate your library/database and uses fuzzy logic to match questions based on their similarity – so you don’t need an exact match to find an answer. Even better, you’ll always have the top four matches to choose from.

RFX allows you to search all the Word and Excel files with tagged question answer pairs in your library. You have the option to work through each answer and accept or ignore it or decide to accept the top match across the board by choosing to use the Bulk answer function.

RFX isn’t only for tenders and proposals though – it’s also good at security questionnaires, compliance matrices and anything that has questions and answers in an Excel format.

RFX is an addin that works in Word and Excel that allows you to tag question answer pairs in your library without having to load them into a third-party system or change the formatting or any extra transfer to another system; and then allows you to complete the Excel spreadsheet without needing to close it or navigate away from where you are.
