Answer the CALL TO ACTION for Economic Justice Under the Gold Dome!
Dar'shun Kendrick, JD/MBA
We guide Founders and Funders through the capital raising and mergers & acqusitions process. Focus on your company and leave ALL the regulations and paperwork to us.
I started my "rant" in 2016 and it continues into the New Year. What is my rant? Oh ,if you have read any of my previous blogs you know what it is. Ever since I started my non-profit, Minority Access to Capital, Inc., at the beginning of last year, I have been on a quest to encourage minorities to #BeInTheRoom and #BeAtTheTable when it comes to capital investments being discussed and allocated to businesses and to leverage the over $1 Trillion in spending power that we have in the black community. Well, that rant is only getting more urgent and now I am inviting you all to not only be in the room and at the table but be under the gold dome to make some policy changes happen.
Below are a list of upcoming events in January that you can be involved in if you REALLY want to help take up the mantle and champion access to capital and economic justice in our communities. There is power in numbers and I need your help! Please register and share!
And that is why I am asking you to join me.....

I am Dar'shun Kendrick, Private Securities Attorney and Owner of Kendrick Law Practice, helping businesses raise capital the LEGAL way. We work with "for profit" companies seeking to raise $250,000 or more through private capital (including crowdfunding) that have a line item budgeted for legal services. We do NOT find investors or introduce companies to investors; that is the job of "broker-dealers" and we are prohibited under federal securities law from doing so. I have 2 B.A.s from Oglethorpe University, a law degree from the University of Georgia and an M.B.A. from Kennesaw State University. View past and upcoming speaking engagements and request me to speak to your organization. I have been elected to the Georgia House of Representatives (East DeKalb/South Gwinnett) since 2011 and I serve on the committees of Juvenile Justice, Interstate Cooperation, Judiciary Non-Civil and as the ranking Democrat on the Small Business and Job Creation Committee.
