Anshuman Gaekwad (1952–2024): An Honor to Cricket Legend

Anshuman Gaekwad, an opening batsman, and former two-time Indian coach, passed away from blood cancer. He was receiving treatment at Kingston Hospital in London, but he struggled greatly with his cancer and passed away in Vadodara on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. We talk about this iconic batsman's career in this blog. Another name for him was Dattaji Rao Gaekwad. His cricket career began in 1975 and lasted until 1987. The West Indies squad was a strong and dangerous one in 1975, both when it came to bowling and batting.
