  • 75 LGBT+ Talent hired through offline & hiring drives
  • 24 companies offered internships to 49 LGBT+ talent through the 100 Queer Intern Program
  • 8 companies connected with over 800 LGBT+ talent through Road to RISE Masterclasses
  • 39 companies shared LGBT+ Hiring Best Practices in the Annual TA Leadership Roundtable

Learning and Development

  • Facilitated 80 Instructor-Led Workshops across 50 companies with participation over 15,000
  • Implemented 8 eLearning Modules across 10 companies with participation over 22,000
  • Conducted 20 Reverse mentoring sessions across 10 companies with participation over 350
  • Curated customized LGBT101 awareness & sensitization emailers & content with a reach over 5,00,000 employees

Policies and Benefits

  • Audited & implemented LGBT+ inclusive policies & benefits for 10 companies impacting over 20,000 employees

  • 575 Rainbow Bazaar Gift Cards were issued by 5 companies to their employees
  • LGBT+ Trailblazer, Ally Trailblazer, and ERG of the Year category awards at the India Workplace Equality Index 2022

  • 30 LGBT+ & Ally Speaker led sessions with participation over 12,000
  • Pride ERG formation and launch at 2 companies
  • Customized #AllyChallenge game executed at 3 companies with participation over 15,000
  • Organized Human Library (In-person) event at 5 companies with participation over 5,000
  • Organized Pride March & Activities at 3 companies across 4 cities with participation over 5,000
  • Setup Pride Month helpline for LGBT+ Employees & Allies at 2 companies
  • Organized 11 Rainbow Bazaar flea markets that generated a total revenue of INR 6,00,000 for the QUEERpreneurs.
  • 75 employees across 5 companies volunteered for skilling over 500 LGBT+ people

  • 2,000 attendees & 60 speakers joined the 4th Edition of RISE Conference & Job Fair (Virtual)
  • 200 people attended the 1st Edition of Trans Inclusion Summit (In-person) in Gurugram
  • 105 companies participated in the 3rd Edition of the India Workplace Equality Index (IWEI)?
  • Co-Launched Transformation Program (CSR) aimed at skilling for Employment & Entrepreneurship for Transgender Community in partnership with 6 companies
  • Giving Back Program (CSR) saw 3 companies donating 100 Laptops for LGBT+ Skilling Program
  • Signed MOU with Salesforce to upskill LGBT+ youth
  • Published India’s First LGBT+ Entrepreneurship & Supplier Diversity Report?
  • Published “Ally Annexure” on Financial Inclusion and distributed to major banks in India
