Another year done and dusted!

We did it...2022 has been achieved!

Wow! It’s that time of year again and what an incredible year it’s been. As a progressive learning business, we have delivered award-winning solutions with a growing team of experts that are the foundation of delivering learning and consulting with a difference.?

People Tank has continued to grow, adapt and learn from our combined experience as a team, and we’ve accomplished some incredible rewards and achieved noteworthy milestones throughout 2022.?I couldn’t be more proud of our market position, of our team and to see how our services land and truly make a lasting and memorable difference to those that partner with us.

Some of these include:

• Winning the LearnX Diamond Award for Best Leadership Development Program with Banyule City Council
• Being a finalist in the AITD Excellence Awards for Best Leadership Program.
• Successfully designing a highly-complex blended learning solution for Correctional Officers in Victoria.
• Increasing our team on consultants to support customer demand and targeted learning initiatives?.
• Successfully facilitating a global coaching program for Team Leaders at Afterpay in North America, Europe, UK, Philippines, and Australia.?
• Creating a series of Leadership Development programs to build connectivity, cohesion, to drive strategic goalposts, build emotional intelligence and give leaders direction on managing teams in a matrix organisation across Regional Victoria.
• Designing and delivering over 270 'custom' Professional Development programs mapped to leadership and capability frameworks?and delivered virtually.
• Shifting gears to deliver programs in person after years of working in an almost 'virtual' or online world.
• Expanding our strategic partnerships to provide our customers with seamless connectivity and a 'one-stop-shop' to services such as Growth Faculty (Leadership Events) and Shilo People (HR Services).
• We have engineered and built five custom Onboarding and Induction solutions for some of Australia's largest financial services, distribution and insurance businesses (Blended with eLearning).
• We have successfully delivered Enterprise Compliance Learning for a range of clients using Articulate Rise and Storyline.?
• Microsoft 365 Collaboration training is expanding by the day to build productivity into the workplace to support remote teams and their leaders.

Our Operations Team expanded

We were thrilled to welcome Simone Gottsche as Head of Operations to the People Tank team. With her extensive experience in learning and adult education, Simone has been a wonderful addition to our team and tasked to drive forward our customer experience and operational success to manage key projects and deliverables (and some very complex ones at that).?

It’s been an incredible year, and one that has continually motivated us to appreciate the continued shift in learning and consulting services. To evaluate our costs to market, to streamline processes and to introduce programs that are purposeful, that meet the current business climate, and are rapidly available to support the hybrid workforce.?

In 2023, Project EleVate will be launched to give People Tankers continued purpose and a goal that is a united one. Elevating us, elevating our connection and elevating our offering to ensure we drive forward services that are meeting the continued needs of our growing customer base and the right people are there to support you.?After all, we are People Tank - your supplier with the best people, in the one place.

We’re excited to keep on innovating, to be adaptable and drive forward new services as we continue to evolve. Training is fundamental to our careers and our growth, however good learning is needed more than ever before. The way in which programs are designed are critical to embedding the required skills for the future workforce. This is what we are seeing and what our clients continue to tell us.?We need to build rich content with modern learning principles and programs need to be far more targeted and relatable than ever before, or else they simply won't land.

A year of excitement, rapid change and adaptability is what drives us forward into a New Year and 2023. Key Announcements

We have an exciting announcement with one of our own.

And it’s in recognition of the hard work and commitment to People Tank since joining us as a contract consultant in mid-2021. We are delighted to be offering our Creative Director (Taylor Maxwell) a brand new role and responsibilities in a full time capacity (4 days per week). From 9th?January 2023 we will see Taylor dive into the position of General Manager at People Tank.

Last but not least, I would like to recognise the extensive work and high-performance of one of our principal consultants that has received our first 'Consultant of the Year' Award. This award goes to none other than the remarkable human that she is, Tania Horozides. Tania has truly been a game-changer in our business and consistently delivered exceptional work and lasting results for wide range of our clients. She has transformed leaders and their behaviours, and raised the bar with designing and delivering award-winning programs.

In closing out for the year, this has been a year of excitement, rapid change and growth.
