Another Week Goes By...
It is incredible how 2019 is flying by... No idea where the time goes.
But I do know this... the time left to accomplish this years goals is getting less and less, so if you are not on track you are running out of time. In just over 3 weeks we are into October and the last quarter, so it is essential that we know where we are at and what needs to be done by year end, unless we are going to toss our goals out and ignore them.
Your year results now rest on if you finish strong or not.
So what can we do to finish strong?
- Manage our time and prioritize the most important things
- Follow up with past clients and ask for referrals
- Focus on closing as many prospects as we can before year end
- Spend our remaining time on revenue generating activities
If you are behind on your goals their is still time to hit them... but you must focus on that and do what it takes to make it happen. If you are on track you have to keep doing what you have been doing so you don't fall behind. If you are ahead then keep it up and exceed your goals for the year.
Finish strong and 2019 may be a great year. But finish weakly and this may well become a year that is viewed as a failure. Good luck, hit it hard and make it happen.
