At the US Open tennis last night we had three very prominent Mother's make it to the next round and reach the round of last 16. Serena Williams the legend, Victoria Azaranka and Tsvetana Pironkova. Hats off to these incredible sportswomen. This is all the more commendable considering the challenging pandemic situation and the extra safety measures to be adopted by the players and their coaching staff and their families.

The last time a Mother won the Grand Slam in tennis was when Kim Clijsters won the US Open nearly a decade back after becoming a mother. What could possibly be more exciting than watching one of these three to lift the US open crown. Rooting for one of them to go all the way and win the US Open tennis tournament this year.
