Another Tuesday Caravan

I am in the business of real estate and consulting because I love beautiful homes and I love working with people to align their dreams and wishes to what is available to them.  Every Tuesday in Atlanta Realtors with new listings schedule what is called a "Caravan Open House" to showcase the property. I schedule 2 hours of my day to view these new listings and get to know the agents.  Knowing agents is an important part of my business as well.  It is just easier on everybody in the transaction if you know one another and work together.

Today I viewed two lovely homes in Dunwoody, each one for a specific buyer.  The photo above is from the larger, more opulent one .   Equally as elegant and not far away another Dunwoody location for significantly less.  Dunwoody is one of my favorite areas because you can find great homes at almost any price.  It is just outside of the perimeter so it is easy to get in for work and events and out for the same reason.

For the young at heart and body I had to visit Historic Roswell since I live very close.  Having lived in NYC for 7 years, this one really spoke to me with the old hardwood floors and other elements retrieved from The Bricks renovation.  And I love central Roswell for the same reason as Dunwoody.  The easy access you have whether going north or south into town.  Enjoy the photos by clicking the highlighted links!
