ANOTHER TECHNICAL TRAINING IN KAMAX CHINA (WUJIN AND JINTAN)

I have done other training in the plants in China, in Wujin and Jintan. I have been able to be with the TECH, Quality and production departments, obviously with the press and thread operators. It has been a very interesting training, due to the high desire to learn of all the staff. For me it has been very gratifying, because it is not just about teaching, but it is also about learning. In the end you always learn things, because having contact with machine operators always makes you learn things and be able to share knowledge, which is the main objective. The conclusion of all this is to always increase and share knowledge but in order to create the best path in the manufacture of parts, always find a path that leads us to high quality, and a way to do things better every time. All of this has the consequence of having highly competitive costs, simply by doing things the best way we know how.

As an anecdote, I want to say that the last whiteboard I made a few years ago is still intact and unerased, since at that time we painted very interesting things, both in the design of progressions and the design of the tools.
