Dealing with desperation and trauma can be a challenging task for anyone. It can have a severe impact on our mental and physical health, relationships, and overall quality of life. In this newsletter, I would like to share some insights on why it happens, symptoms to look out for, and how it impacts our lives negatively. Additionally, I will share a story about Toby and five tips to come out stronger on the road to success and increase our frequency to a higher one of inner peace.

Desperation and trauma can happen due to various reasons, such as a significant life change, the loss of a loved one, a traumatic experience, or chronic stress. It can also occur when we are not living in alignment with our values, dreams, and purpose, leading to a sense of unfulfillment and dissatisfaction.

?? Symptoms to look out for:

Symptoms of desperation and trauma can manifest in different ways such as anxiety, depression, anger, hopelessness, sleep disturbances, physical ailments, and addiction. It can also impact our relationships with others, leading to isolation, conflict, and communication breakdown.

?? Negative impact on our lives:

Desperation and trauma can have a negative impact on our lives in multiple ways, affecting our mental and physical health, work performance, and overall sense of well-being. It can also limit our ability to make positive choices and progress in life, leading to a feeling of stuckness and hopelessness.

?? What is your vibration trying to tell you?

Our vibration is an indicator of our energy frequency, reflecting our emotional, mental, and spiritual state. When we experience desperation and trauma, our vibration lowers, indicating that we are out of alignment with our true self and purpose. It is a call to examine our beliefs, habits, and behaviors and make changes to align with our values and dreams.
