17 off KALLER Low Contact Force 7500 100 along with a hose manifold system was fitted to tooling at a major UK OEM stamping plant this week, this work is on going due to gas spring failures from a competitors gas springs. Added to this KALLER ToolMind wireless monitoring was also fitted to this tooling.

KALLER have had great success with reducing customers down time with KALLER gas springs due to competitor failures during production, added to this with wireless monitoring it guarantees stopping press or warning operators of force and heat changes to eliminate scrap parts.
