Another Successful D-RAK Training!

Thank you to Chief Gilman and the University of New Haven Police Department for entrusting our team at The RAK Academy to train all their Dispatchers in our Dispatch Response to Active Killers program, earlier this week.  We enjoyed your Dispatchers’ diverse backgrounds, their endless energy and most of all, their dedication to learning how to SAVE LIVES during an active killer incident.  We hope they’ll never be involved in one, but we also know that the lessons learned in D-RAK will work during any life-saving call to SHAVE SECONDS to SAVE LIVES!
