Another successful Bristol Recruitment Academy for ISL

Our latest Recruitment Academy started in November with four budding recruits. It’s the fourth we’ve conducted and they just keep getting better and better. It’s partly due to the great talent in the academies but it’s also down to our focus on learning and development.

Our Latest Recruitment Academy

Amy, Tom, Milo, and Hannah made our second Recruitment Academy for 2016 great. Since we recruit purely against competencies rather than previous experience on a CV, they already had many of the skills required for their potential to flourish.

Each one of them has proven their ability and demonstrated high levels of personal development throughout the 8-week academy. That’s what the academy is about, giving you the tools and support to build your own future. After all, autonomy is one of core competencies!

Our most recent academy had over 350 applicants! We then conducted more than 75 telephone interviews and held face to face meetings with 30 people. Now, we look at doing it all over again, 3 more times in 2017 is the plan. We’re giving recruitment newbies a chance to grow their skill set and work in a company that does recruitment a differently.
