Investing in the Future: 2030 Goal of 100% Renewable Energy

While our initial target was to reach 50 MWp of renewable energy capacity by 2030, we’re now setting our sights even higher after exceeding the initial target. Currently, with 20.3 MWp of renewable energy capacity, we are on track for expanding the capacity to 90 MWp by the end of 2024 through new investments.

New Solar Power Plants in Kayseri, Aksaray, and Nev?ehir

Alongside our rooftop solar installations at production facilities, we are investing in additional ground-mounted solar energy projects in Kayseri, Aksaray, and Nev?ehir, with a combined capacity of 59 MWp. Our Ye?ilhisar Solar Power Plant in Kayseri has already begun generating electricity, and we will soon bring our Aksaray and Nev?ehir projects online as well.

Beko Ye?ilhisar Solar Power Plant: Producing for a Cleaner World

With an 11.58 MWp capacity, the Beko Ye?ilhisar Solar Power Plant in Kayseri will generate 20,340 MWh of green electricity annually, preventing 8,417 tons of CO2 emissions. Builded on an area equivalent to 17 football fields, this plant will meet approximately 9% of the electricity needs of Ar?elik Türkiye factories.
