Another question my Linkedin contacts asked me was, “What is my favorite regulation in environmental law”?

To me, this question is very sympathetic because I generally like environmental law primarily because it is written by multicultural teams of experts and applied around the world.
Still, I really like one of the regulations, and I participated in various activities related to its application.
These are the UNECE Aarhus Convention, ie the Convention on the Right to Access Information, the Right of the Public to Participate in Environmental Decision-Making and the Right to Access Information.
This is because its provisions are largely in line with human rights and the universal moral code.
Regarding the Aarhus Convention, these are some of the many activities I have participated in:
1. First Meeting of the Task Force on Access to Justice of the Aarhus Convention - supported by the Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe - https://www.unece.org/fileadmin/DAM/env/pp/a.to. j / tf1.participants.doc
2. Co-author of the book "Aarhus Convention in the Law and Practice of the Republic of Serbia" in the part concerning the application of the Aarhus Convention in Croatia - supported by the OSCE Mission in Serbia - https://www.osce.org/files/f /documents/c/6/98688.pdf
3.
