Thanks for sharing Sunil Tembhe I guess most of the organisations today have wellbeing platform where employees can reach out to counsellors, however the success rate of such initiatives is very low. Acceptance of having a challenge or issue is the major reason. Even in 2024 , saying I need a break coz I am disturbed or stressed won't be accepted as saying I am not well . I personally feel, Culture shift is something' that we all need when it comes to wellbeing
