Majestic Group Reaches New Milestone with Floating Structures for Port De La Mer

Majestic Group of Companies has achieved another significant milestone by delivering high-quality, eco-friendly floating structures to D-Marin, who will operate Dubai’s newly launched marina, Port De La Mer. This marina, inspired by the ambiance of the Mediterranean, is nestled at the northern tip of La Mer, a prominent peninsula developed by Dubai Holdings. Designed as an island retreat, Port De La Mer is surrounded by luxury dining, shopping, entertainment, and leisure options, making it a prime destination for both residents and tourists.

The first phase of Port De La Mer opened in October, featuring 32 berths designed to accommodate yachts up to 40 meters (131 feet) in length. Future expansion plans aim to increase capacity to 160 berths, catering to yachts as large as 80 meters (262 feet). According to Salim Selcuk Balc?, Managing Director of D-Marin Dubai, “Port De La Mer sets new standards for what is expected from a marina. The entire project is inspired by the Mediterranean – from its residential communities to the recreational spaces and the marina itself. It is a truly unique marina for yacht owners in Dubai.
