Still after 8 years as CEO of Wexi?disk, going to work is fun and motivating, we have so much more to be done.

Like in all companies there is a special culture at Wexi?disk, which needs to be handled with care but also developed and adapted for the future. In comparison to product development, finance or production, company culture is an area more abstract and sometimes very difficult to understand.

At Wexi?disk we have tried to nail down our history, culture and strategic plans into what we call SWEDISH BRILLIANCE.

At Wexi?disk I have 191 colleagues, all very committed to contribute in the ambition of delivering the best dishwashers to the market! ?Team work is a phenomenon we in Sweden are famous for and building the best dishwashers is definitely a team work.
