Another Happy Customer...

Just wanted to share this success story from a TC Colleague who helped her clients early on Monday morning

“At 4.15am Monday morning, my customer was in the taxi heading to the airport to go on their Monarch flight to Portugal. I called him (to his surprise) to say 2 things; firstly that his Monarch booking had failed, but I had sorted all aspects of the holiday and sent him all the new details with only a slight delay to his departure time (from the same airport). I also wished him a very “Happy Birthday”! He and his wife were going on a special birthday trip to celebrate. He was so grateful and relieved. All this was sorted before he knew there was a problem!”
