We recently had a fantastic on-site Auction at St Ives. We had a huge crowd in attendance in the front garden & it sold for significantly above the signed reserve price!! We had 11 registered bidders at the Auction & the underbidder missed out by only $10,000. The delighted vendors have just written me this verified review on realestate.com:

'We have just sold our house in St Ives at auction for an amount considerably above the reserve price.
