ANOTHER FRIDGE OF VACCINES SAVED OVERNIGHT

One of our clients - a large medical centre was alerted by email and SMS from their smart probes data logger located in one of their vaccine fridges last night. The temperature had risen above their predefined safe temperature range. The practice manager was able to log-in on his laptop from home and look at the temperature graph. He then saw that the temperature was still rising, so decided to go into the medical centre to check the fridge. He found that their fridge had broken down.

Because of the immediate alert sent, he was able to move the stock to another fridge in the required time, preventing any damage to the vaccines & saving all their stock. He then made a comment in the incident log showing due diligence.
