There have been a lot of discussions lately as to what will happen when the 2.3 million households currently in forbearance no longer have the protection of that program. Some assume that we could potentially see millions of foreclosures ready to hit the market again. However, today I’ll share four reasons why that won’t happen this time around. In short, today’s market is different from that of 2008, and by now, banks and homeowners have learned their lessons. For more details, watch my latest video.
