Another First after 5 decades
With 5 Decades of Real Estate Investing Experience it's hard for me to have a first anymore.
HOWEVER: We have an end buyer who got $7,000 behind, so we evicted him and finished with the legal lockout. He left well over $35,000 worth of items in the house which now belongs to us.
HE ASKED FOR 1 MORE CHANCE: So we put a payment plan in place for him to catch up what he's behind plus the next months payment before he gets access to the house. So far he has paid $5,000. He has brought most of his earnings but this last time he said it was all he had this week standing next to his car with his family.
SO VICTORIA AND I: While talking with him said do you trust us? He said yes. If we tell you to do something you have to do it Right Now, Agree? He said I agree cautiously. We gave him back $100 and said take your family to dinner right now. I thought this 50+ year old man was going to cry, gave us a hug and was on his way with the family for dinner.
