The Chronicle's Amy Wenk reports that an affiliate of Dallas-based Trammell Crow Company , a subsidiary of 世邦魏理仕 , has an agreement to buy the 4-acre site at 98 14th St. The property, known for the failed “Opus Place” development,?was foreclosed upon last year.
The site has languished for years after ambitious development plans fell through. Now covered in weeds, it looks like a crater surrounded by some of the most expensive real estate in Atlanta.
