Des initiatives pour sensibiliser nos employés au handicap ont egalement été organisées. Grace à notre fonds philanthropique ConstelliumCARES, nous soutenons également des organisations telles qu'Afuté en France, en aidant les personnes handicapées à accéder à des opportunités d'emploi. Our sites proudly participated in the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (#SEEPH), reinforcing our commitment to create an inclusive environment for all employees to thrive. We organized initiatives to raise awareness among our employees around disability, and our sites in Neuf-Brisach, Issoire and C-TEC partnered with DuoDay FR and welcomed disabled interns for the day to introduce them to the manufacturing world. On this America Recycles Day, Constellium is proud to celebrate our partnership with Recycling is like Magic! and Can Manufacturers Institute's #2MillionCans Recycling Contest for students in states with low recycling rates. We're excited to be sponsoring schools near our sites in Muscle Shoals, AL and Ravenswood, WV this school year. Our teams recently hosted kick-off events at L.E. Willson Elementary and Fairplain Elementary where students learned more about the importance of recycling, played games, and got their own copies of "The Girl Who Recycled 1 Million Cans" book.
