Another bungalow to bite the dust....
We are struggling to contain our excitement!
What started as a clients' dream six months ago, we have now moved a step closer today with those ambitions becoming a reality, following a positive determination by the local planning authority.
With NO objections raised and with the planning officer fully supporting the proposals, we are genuinely surprised how seamless this case has been, for such a stark transformation in a suburban setting.
We are now really looking forward to preparing the tender documents and getting this piece of creativity built!
