Janet was fantastic! Plain and simple. She went above and beyond in finding me a home that checked every box on my wish list. San Diego being an extremely competitive market Janet showed me well over 45 homes and sat through 4 Escrows and 3 inspections just so I could find a house that fit what I needed. As well as not too much of a project for me to handle? For the house I eventually closed on (took six months and in those six months probably 8 Saturdays) Janet made the key recommendation to go in hard and she could help negotiate the price down later. We did that and got 16k back in total. 7k price reduction and 9k in a credit. Love how this turned out and have no one to thank but Janet Janet will be my realtor going forward
