The Annual Happiness Infinity Summit with the One and Only YOU

Every year, during this time of the year, I have a special date with myself, usually at a nice cafe. I call it the Annual Happiness Infinity Summit. This practice?has been among the top secrets for me to do less, yet achieve more meaningfully and feel deeply happy, fulfilled and well, relaxed. As a mom of three kids?in a world that is constantly noisy and busy, I would not have been able to have it all, without this Summit (and deep inner work done in the past years).
