Announcing Our New Executive Vice President: Liam Lamont Joins East to West Group

We're thrilled to introduce Liam Lamont as the new Executive Vice President at East to West Group. Liam brings over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, having excelled in senior leadership roles across diverse sectors, including Real Estate Development, Commercial & Retail Banking, Heavy Equipment Finance, and Automotive Leasing. In this time Liam has facilitated the funding of over $1 billion in commercial lending, showcasing his expertise in navigating complex financial landscapes.

In his previous role as Vice President of Credit at a leading BC credit union, Liam led the Credit department, managing risk and credit operations across all business lines. His efforts contributed to the achievement of key strategic initiatives, including a merger which was the largest in Canadian Credit Union history at the time.

Liam's addition to our leadership team comes at a strategic time as East to West Group continues to grow and adapt to an ever-changing market. His proficiency in data analytics and risk management will be key in developing strong credit policies and ensuring the financial stability of our company and partners.
