Announcing Our New Culture Pattern Quiz

Announcing Our New Culture Pattern Quiz

Culture patterns are competing commitments inside your culture that prevent you from living your cultural values fully or as intended. I wrote about this in my last post, giving examples around innovation, collaboration, and transparency.

Culture patterns are the most important insight we have derived from our research over the last several years that has been rooted in the data from our culture assessment, and they are at the heart of our new book, Culture Change Made Easy. Culture patterns create drag. They make it harder for you to be successful, so when you fix them, you start seeing much better results.

The best way to identify your culture patterns is to take our culture assessment, but we realize that is a heavy lift. It costs money (at least $6,000), and you must have all your employees take the assessment. Many hesitate to do that, because if you survey all your employees, then you will be obligated to actually do something with the data, and that can feel daunting (which is why, by the way, we wrote our book—culture change is easier than you think!).

Given that it’s a heavy lift, we wanted to create a way for leaders to get a quick snapshot of their culture patterns, without completing a full assessment, so we created a short Culture Pattern Quiz that you can now take online. It’s only sixteen questions, designed for you to answer as a single individual. We’ll send you your results in a short report that will tell you how closely you follow all eight of the culture patterns we identified in our research.

The quiz doesn’t replace our assessment by any means. It’s not as nuanced or complete as our full assessment, but it’s quicker, free, and you can do it yourself, right away! Click this culture pattern quiz link to take it. You’ll get your report via email within a day or so.
