“Being happy is the greatest form of success.”
It is my pleasure to celebrate our FY22 Annual Maverick Award winners. They each accomplished so much, serving our customers and each other over the past year. Recently, we recognized six teammates who exemplify all three of our core values of grit, swagger, and disruption in North America Customer Success at Oracle.
To start off, for the Annual Maverick Partner & Executive Success Award, congratulations to Ann Hoodmaker! Ann is one of the two founding members of the Oracle Partners Success team. She is constantly looking for ways to improve the team and is a natural leader for our Partner Success.
Secondly, our Central Team Award goes to Jan Rousseau! Jan's greatest achievement was being an amazing team member. She sees all her internal teams as her "customers" and serves them in a way that offers the best experiences with every tool they touch. She communicates effectively the challenges and requirements of the Customer Success team and help improve the tools and processes to make every employees lives easier.
Up next, our winner for the Front Office team is Leah Cain! Leah has always been a self-starter, always motivated to help, give advice, and mentor. She is a go-to resource and is always patient and kind with not only her customers, but also with her peers. Leah is always an active volunteer in our team calls, creates presentations and walk-throughs which are interesting and engaging, she shares her personal wins as well as things that didn't work so well, so that we can all learn from her. She is a true leader.
Dan Gonzalez is our Back Office Maverick winner. Regardless of what type of problem is brought to his attention, Dan will always be on top of making sure that everyone is updated and always making sure that things progress at an acceptable pace. Dan inspires people; he is an excellent mentor. He is the person to go to, that colleague that always find a way to help you and encourage you to go out and do great things.

Up next, our Hub Manager Maverick winner is Rares Radulescu! We admire his tenacity to work harder and smarter to find solutions, and for sure, to keep pushing forward. Rares is a tireless advocate of Oracle values and teamplay. He continuously takes an active role in the success of his team members, supporting and inspiring them to be their best in their job. His affable nature, clear insight and guiding vision has garnered the respect and admiration of his entire team!
Lastly, Nura Hirmina is our Field Manager Maverick winner! Nura leads by example day in and day out and supports her team in a way that is engaging, yet strong, with very high expectations. She is not afraid to dig in when needed and all the while, she still encourages her team to be independent thought processors. Nura has her team's back, and that support is incredibly empowering to individual contributors on her team.?She is a true example of leadership.
In addition to these four awards, we honored nine Maverick Medals, special awards based on specific goals and culture.
Congratulations to Ann, Jan, Leah, Dan, Rares, and Nura, as our FY22 Annual Mavericks...and to all our Maverick Medal winners!
