Include digital links during the scan process into your 3D models for comprehensive information about buildings and products. This standout feature enables the automatic recognition of QR codes during scanning. Just point your Apple Pro device at the QR code during the scan, and the Metaroom? App will automatically add the link to your 3D model.

Metaroom? Studio now supports Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) 2x3 and 4 formats, along with specially optimized .IFC formats for collaboration with partners like Ranplan, PaletteCAD, and SirkBIM. This ensures even greater flexibility in 3D model transfer.

?? QR Codes in IFC Format

After capturing QR codes with the Metaroom? App, experts can view, manage, and export these codes within 3D models (.IFC format only). QR codes serve as a bridge to a wealth of data, whether for pre-demolition audits, product reuse, or other creative applications.

Pro tip: To enable automatic recognition and segmentation, it's crucial to scan the full room! Open areas with non-connected walls won't be segmented automatically.
