Announcing the launch of "Marketing Babel"
Dear friends,
I am a passionate marketer. I genuinely believe that marketing can help consumers and brands build mutually beneficial relationships and that curating the right collection of goods and services can help each of us satisfy our increasingly complex web of modern human needs.
In the midst of dynamic marketplace shifts, it is easy for businesses and marketers mistakenly to overlook the overarching objective of building healthy relationships and focus exclusively on short-term conversion goals. The error inherent in this thinking is that the two are mutually exclusive.
"Marketing Babel" exists to correct this misconception by revisiting the "classic" language of marketing so that, collectively, we can craft a marketing vocabulary tailored to meet the diverse needs of the interdisciplinary 21st-century marketing organization.
