Announcing The Future Workforce Top Employers For 2023

Brainstorm Strategy Group Inc., with support from universities and colleges across Canada, surveyed students during the months of March through July, 2022. More than 20,000 members of Canada’s future workforce – current university and college students – evaluated and ranked the employers they would most like to work for as well as other career interest related topics.?

The massive scale of this research facilitates publishing of rankings of employers in many segments, including by geographic region, diversity groups and major areas of study.?The rankings comprise the most authoritative view of the brand strength of these organizations as prospective employers of students and new graduates.

Awards are presented for those employers ranked among the Top 25 in the following categories: Overall, Arts & Science, Business, Computer Science, Engineering & Health & Medicine. In some of the largest categories, we also announced in alphabetical order (not ranked), the “Next 25” employers that round out the Top 50.
