Announcing Dori Gingera-Beauchemin as speaker for AWC Calgary 2017!
We are delighted to have Dori Gingera-Beauchemin, Deputy Minister of Manitoba Agriculture, as a speaker in Calgary at our Advancing Women Conference!
Dori has spent almost 40 years in agriculture, and will share her insights on the importance of curiosity.
Dori Gingera-Beauchemin received her Bachelor of Agriculture degree from the University of Manitoba, then went on to join Manitoba Agriculture in 1979.
During her 37 years with the government, Dori has held many positions, including: 4H & Youth Specialist, Chief of the 4-H Program, Director of the Central Region, Director of the Marketing & Farm Business Management Branch, Assistant Deputy Minister of Agri-Food and Rural Development Division as well as Assistant Deputy Minister of Policy and Agri-Environment Division.
Dori is currently Manitoba Agriculture’s Deputy Minister. Dori and her colleagues are committed to creating the environment that accelerates growth in the agriculture, agri-food, and agri-product sector while enhancing its performance as a key economic driver of Manitoba’s economy.
Dori and her husband live on and operate the Beauchemin family farm south of Ile des Chenes in Manitoba.
