I enjoy helping people navigate through transition. It’s both challenging and empowering for anyone to navigate a career pivot. It's a time of introspection & uncertainty that needs to happen before you can make a successful leap.

Talking through answers to these questions from a career expert like me often helps to quell the anxiety. Then we can work together to develop & execute a strategic plan to chart your pivot from uncertainty & exploration to success & a new tech job.
As I continue to work with clients, I’ve found that some of my 1:1 clients could also use a support community to help them with their pivot into tech. It’s a hard road to walk alone!
Hearing stories from fellow job seekers who are making a similar pivot helps to show that everyone struggles - yet we can all work together to overcome those struggles & support each other in staying accountable to their goals. Prior groups I've worked with have leveraged each other's networks, shared information & job postings, and practiced pitches & mock interviews together. They developed a camaraderie that outlasted the program itself. I look forward to building something similar with you!
