Cliff Burnette is the SVP and CHRO of Rambus . Cliff has expertise in employee relations, organizational development along with extensive compensation strategy. Before coming to Rambus, Cliff was at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation , where he was the VP HR, leading culture awareness and transformation, learning and development and post-merger employee integration. Prior, Cliff was Director North America HR at @Ottobock and held various roles at @Spansion and AMD .

Lynne Smith , SVP of Global Human Resources for staffing firm Robert Half . In her current position, she oversees employee experience; learning and development; HR technology and analytics; talent acquisition and management; compensation and benefits; HR compliance; mobility, diversity and inclusion initiatives; and the HR Business Partner team for the company.

Mike A. is the VP People Experience for 欧特克 . Mike is a purpose-driven HR leader with experience building global service delivery capabilities and creating remarkable employee experiences leveraging cutting edge technology, design thinking and innovative service management practices. Before joining Autodesk, Mike held senior HR roles at Workday and 微软 .

Janice Hall is EVP and CHRO at 迈威迩 . In her role, Janice has worldwide responsibility for all aspects of HR including workforce engagement and organization effectiveness, total rewards, talent acquisition, learning and development, workforce data and analytics, and HR processes. Prior to joining Marvell, Janice was the Global Vice President of HR for 日立环球储存科技公司 and during her tenure at 太阳计算机系统公司 , Janice held various HR leadership roles in the areas of business partnership, HR operations, and HR strategy and transformation.

Julie Tran, MBA, MSHR is Chief People Officer at Freenome , where she leads all aspects of HR strategy, including diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives. Prior to Freenome, Julie was the SVP, Human Resources at Myovant Sciences , where she was instrumental in building the executive and senior leadership teams. Previously, she held leadership roles at @Raptor Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Horizon), 强生公司 , Medivation , and Ipsen .
