Announcing Constructive Agility??

We hear so many complaints from Agile coaches about SAFe. And we hear so many complaints from programmers about Scrum.
These process-centric frameworks do not work. They don't. If you are having success, it is because of you—not because of the framework. You deserve the credit, and you would be successful without or without the process framework. They don't help.
What we realized is that agility arises from behavior and from knowledge of Lean and Flow patterns. But the behavior—the kinds of behavior that Agile 2 describes—requires a supportive culture, what Human Synergistics calls a Constructive Culture.
We have created an approach that is a learning journey, to help organizations and initiatives to learn these things—in the course of defining their own processes.
With this approach, your process is where you end up—not where you start!

Hi Cliff Finally, we agree! check our initiative: www.orgtopologies.com I don't think Agile is not dead, but we only surfed the first wave. Now we have the opportunity to take the second wave. This will be an era where we move away from the new silos we created (so-called agile teams) toward the higher archetypes (as per the Org Topologies? map).
