Announcing Annette Brown as the Head of The Positive Transformation Group (PTG) Trust.

A huge part of making systemic change happen in a practical, measurable, and sustainable way is creating the?Positive Transformation Group ?Charitable Trust (PTI). In this process I have already stated my gratitude to Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant?Sir Kenneth Olisa ?OBE, Chairman of?Shaw Trust?&?Positive Transformation Group?Trust (PTI) for all of his guidance, vision, direction, and support, both personally and professionally, while also combining our charitable work with The Shaw Trust.

Annette Brown ?who is the Head of IT at a large international law firm Milbank has been incredible in helping us to create the vision for the PTG Trust (PTI) while also demonstrating the power of effective collaborations between companies with a shared passion for positive change and transformation.

Annette is for me personally one of the very few people who brings the word "Trust" to life in the most practical ways day in, day out. A brilliantly no-nonsense, down-to-earth caring human being who is incredibly good fun, resilient, compassionate, capable, and loved by everyone in her circle of friends, and colleagues who all appreciate deeply what a wonderful person Annette is.

Annette is an amazing person who continues to be an incredibly supportive influence in my life, not only did she carve out a successful career in very challenging environments while supporting others to be successful, she spends far more time than most people will ever really know, supporting charitable projects and initiatives that are making a huge difference to the lives of so many.

When I think about the meaning of the word?"Trust" it creates a powerful engagement with reliability, truth, ability, confidence, and strength. Trust requires Action not words to play a meaningful role in our lives. In a world where so many will SAY anything, but DO very little,?Annette personifies the practical value held in TRUST and I am grateful to her on many levels as a trusted friend.

I am genuinely grateful that Annette will be working very closely with me and?Sir Kenneth Olisa?to scale the activities of the PTG Trust (PTI) in 2022 and beyond. There really couldn’t be a better person to help us make Positively Transformational Change happen.
